Meet Sherri

Having lived in the Las Vegas Valley for more than 50 years, I offer deep local knowledge and a strong connection to the community I proudly serve. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1991 and began my real estate career in 2006.

I am a licensed Realtor® with several advanced industry designations, including Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). These certifications allow me to provide strategic guidance in pricing, negotiation, and marketing while representing my clients with the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards. In addition, I have developed strong expertise in digital marketing, utilizing modern strategies to maximize online exposure and ensure my clients’ properties reach the widest possible audience.

I began my real estate career with Prudential Americana Group and have been a proud Realtor® with Simply Vegas since the brokerage’s founding in 2010. In recognition of my years of dedication and service, I was honored with the Simply Vegas Legacy Award.
